In a bid to bolster environmental conservation, Wilfay Farm’s tree nursery was established to supply the local community with free seedlings to plant during the onset of the rains. We have been able to supply 10,000+ tree seedlings from 2020 to date.
During the COVID-19 pandemic Wilfay Farm, in conjunction with DTB Bank, joined forces to donate a truck-worth of food stuffs to the Subukia community including our security officers at Subukia police station and Tetu patrol base. The aim was to help marginalized and vulnerable people in our surrounding community.
For the past 15 years, Wilfay Farm has been a relentless supporter of the Mama Fatuma Goodwill Children’s Home, especially during the Holy month of Ramadhan. Not only have we donated foodstuffs but also showed our unwavering support by donating clothes and sponsoring various initiatives such as Education and Infrastructure.
